beatjil Platform Agreement
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or placing any wager on beatjil. By accessing and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
18+ Age Requirement
Registration and play on beatjil is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory at the withdrawal stage.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one beatjil account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Fair Play Obligation
All players are required to engage with beatjil games and betting markets in good faith. Exploitation of system errors, collusion, and fraud are strictly prohibited.
Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and beatjil. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the relevant term appears:

| "Account" | The individual registered account held by a Player on the beatjil Platform, identified by the Player's registered email address. |
| "BDT" / "৳" | Bangladeshi Taka — the base currency in which all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus amounts are denominated on the beatjil Platform. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Non-cashable promotional credits added to a Player's account by beatjil as part of a welcome offer, reload promotion, or other promotional campaign, subject to wagering requirements. |
| "Real Money Funds" | BDT deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or other approved payment method, held in the Player's beatjil account balance. |
| "Terms" / "These Terms" | This Terms & Conditions document in its current version, as amended by beatjil from time to time in accordance with Section 11. |
2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process on beatjil, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.
These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, betting markets, tournaments, or promotional campaigns on the beatjil Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.
beatjil reserves the right to require you to confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any point during the lifecycle of your account, including at login, at the point of first deposit, or at the point of withdrawal request. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary account restriction until confirmation is received.
3. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of beatjil is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ beatjil operates a strict minimum age policy. Misrepresenting your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register.
- One Account: You may hold only one active beatjil account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- Personal Use: Your account must be used solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials, is strictly prohibited.
- Not on Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or deposit limit restriction that you have previously applied to your beatjil account, unless that restriction has expired in accordance with the terms under which it was set.
4. Account Registration & Management
To access the full range of betting and gaming services on beatjil, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. beatjil reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any stage.
- You are responsible for providing truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address.
- Your account password must be kept confidential. beatjil will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, phone call, or live chat.
- You must notify beatjil promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support@beatjil.
- beatjil may, at its discretion, apply two-factor authentication requirements to your account at any time to enhance security.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all wagers, deposits, and withdrawal requests, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally or by a third party who gained access through your credentials.
- Identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is required prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued national ID, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
beatjil reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or where the Player has failed to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe following a request from the Platform.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on beatjil are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). beatjil supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Processing Times: beatjil targets withdrawal processing within 1–4 hours of a verified, approved request. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or pending KYC verification. All times are referenced to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. beatjil reserves the right to require withdrawal via the original deposit method for fraud prevention purposes.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of, or using the payment credentials of, another individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- No Money Laundering: The beatjil Platform must not be used for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. beatjil reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where such activity is suspected.
- Transaction Fees: beatjil does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own processing charges, which are outside beatjil's control.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
beatjil offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. Where any conflict arises between this section and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance without notice.
- Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, sports betting markets, and certain other products may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
- One Bonus at a Time: beatjil Accounts may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new promotion before satisfying the wagering requirements of a current bonus may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
- Abuse Prevention: beatjil reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it determines that a Player has systematically exploited promotional offers — including through arbitrage betting, bonus abuse patterns, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or other bad-faith engagement with promotions.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Players who have previously self-excluded or are subject to responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during any restricted period.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on beatjil are subject to the specific rules published for the relevant game, betting market, or sport. The following general provisions apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:
- Wager Confirmation: A wager is confirmed and binding only once the Platform has issued a confirmed bet reference number or in-game outcome record. Wagers that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid.
- Palpable Errors: beatjil reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or under conditions that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, pricing feed failure, or data input error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.
- Insufficient Funds: A wager cannot be placed if the Player's account balance (Real Money Funds plus eligible Bonus Funds) is insufficient to cover the stake. beatjil does not extend credit to Players.
- Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers series), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by the sports betting rules published on the relevant section of the Platform. beatjil uses official match data and results from recognised governing bodies for settlement purposes.
- Casino Games: All casino games on beatjil use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from licenced game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Player outside of the game mechanics.
- Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during an active game round, beatjil will apply the standard disconnection policy for that game type. In most cases, game rounds in progress are completed automatically based on the game's internal logic. In-play sports bets placed before disconnection remain valid.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beatjil Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering duplicate accounts.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point during your relationship with beatjil.
- Using software bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports betting markets, or promotional campaigns.
- Exploiting technical bugs, system errors, or pricing feed failures to place wagers at incorrect odds or in conditions that would not exist under normal Platform operation.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, source code, or data feeds.
- Using the Platform in a manner that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed at beatjil staff or other users.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
beatjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
- Receipt of a chargeback request on a deposit transaction.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.
Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the beatjil support team at support@beatjil. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for information on self-exclusion options, which may be more appropriate than a standard account closure request in such circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beatjil excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses attributable to technical errors that have been corrected in accordance with these Terms.
- Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond beatjil's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
- Any reliance placed on information, promotional materials, or bonus offers published on the Platform that were subject to a genuine typographical or pricing error.
Nothing in these Terms limits beatjil's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. beatjil's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Amendments to These Terms
beatjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, beatjil will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change is considered significant, beatjil may also notify Players via the registered email address associated with their account.
Your continued use of the beatjil Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
12. Contact & Dispute Resolution
If you have a question, concern, or complaint regarding these Terms or any aspect of your beatjil account, the Platform, or any transaction, please contact the support team in the first instance. beatjil is committed to resolving all Player queries and disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
- Support Email: support@beatjil — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Response Time: beatjil aims to acknowledge all support enquiries within 4–8 hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Complex disputes or formal complaints may require additional review time.
- Formal Complaint Process: To raise a formal complaint, submit a detailed written description of the issue to the support email address, including your account reference, the date and time of the relevant event, and any transaction reference numbers. beatjil will provide a written response to formal complaints within 10 business days.
- Governing Language: All communications, complaints, and dispute proceedings relating to beatjil Terms shall be conducted in English.
beatjil aims to resolve all disputes internally through direct dialogue with the Player. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, beatjil may propose independent mediation as an alternative to formal legal proceedings, with costs and procedures to be agreed at that stage.
